Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all Australian orders.

For Express Australian Parcel Post, we charge a flat rate of $11. 

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Orders are sourced and dispatched from our Sunshine Coast Studio. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after purchase. For standard delivery, it may take up to 7 days for an order to be delivered to stipulated address. For express post, the estimated delivery time for metropolitan areas is 1-2 business days, and for rural or remote areas it can take 3-4 business days. Please note shipping times are additional to the dispatch time stated.

International Shipping

We are pleased to now offer free standard shipping to NZ & the US!

For Asia and Pacific Islands we charge a flat rate of $20.

For all other countries that we ship to we charge a flat rate of $25.

All international orders are dispatched from the Sunshine Coast and shipped via Australia Post. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after purchase. It may take up to 10 days for order to be delivered to stipulated address. Please note shipping times are additional to the dispatch time stated.

Duty, Taxes & Fees

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.  

Order Tracking

Once we have dispatched your order, we will notify you with an email that will include your tracking number and a link to where you can track your order.  

Delivery Address

Carlyle the Label recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, as we are not responsible for lost/ stolen parcels.

Item Availability

If a sold out item is purchased, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered a replacement or full refund. 

Late or Lost Parcels

Once your order has been processed and you have received a tracking code for your order, Carlyle the Label is not liable for any loss/ late delivery of goods. If this occurs, you must contact Australia Post.
